Following the conclusion of fishing negotiations with the EU, Defra has announced in partnership with the MMO new guidance on seabass measures. Defra has also published a news story and details how new measures for all demersal otter trawls and seines in the Celtic Sea mixed fisheries are to be introduced later this year.
